Күн тәртібінде мәселе бойынша мектебіміздің Қамқоршылық кеңесінің төрағасы Р.Алимов сөз алды. Іс-шара жоспары жоспар бойынша мектепте панасыз,тұлдыр жетім, жартылай жетім, толық емес, аз қамтылған,көп балалы отбасы балалардың толық есебі алынды.
Мектебімізде жартылай жетім-18, толық емес отбасы-14, аз қамтылған-36, көп балалы отбасы-107, тұлдыр жетім-2. Барлығы-177 балалар бар екені анықталды. Осы аталған оқушылардың арасында материалдық көмек көрсету үшін сынып жетекшілер үйлерін аралап,зерттеу жүргізді. "Мектепке жол" қамқоршылық акциясы бойынша 26 бала қамтылды. 175000 теңге көлемінде ақшалай-заттай көмек жиналды. 65 мың теңгеге оқу құралдары алынып берілді. Аз қамтылған отбасы балаларына 11000 теңгеге көмек көрсетілді. Кәсіпкер Тәжиев Бекен,Қызайбеков Қуат,Ауғанбаев Ғалымның демеушілігімен 75 мың теңге жиналып,3 оқушыны мектеп формасымен киіндірді. Мектеп мұғалімі Жұмабекова Әсем 21000 теңгеге 7 оқушыны аяқ киіммен қамтамасыз етті. Спортты дамыту, сыныптан тыс шараларды қолдау барысында "Тоғызқұмалақ" ұлттық ойынына тақталар, волейбол доптары алынды.
"Жас Ұлан" өзін-өзі басқару ұйымының министрлері "Қайырымды бала" атты қуыршақ театрын ұйымдастырып, оқушылардың бойына жақсы қасиеттерді сіңіруге себеп болды.
Қамқоршылық кеңес осы уақыт ішінде мектеп пен кеңес мүшелері тығыз байланыста болып,біршама жұмыстар атқарылған туралы айтып өтті.
